Campaign is in safe hands August 1st 2007 Marigold Industrial will be
using the Health and
Safety 07 event at the
Reebok Stadium to launch
a campaign to protect the
meat processing sector.
Hand injuries,
particularly in the meat
processing sector where
the use of knives are
essential, remain one of
the major causes of
worker injury.
"Where meat
processing is concerned,
anyone involved in the
slaughtering, de-boning
or wider processing, has
little or no room for error
given the combined
dangers of the sharpness
of the knives and the
force and speed with
which they have to be
used," says Donald
Gillespie, industrial
international marketing
manager. "Our three
month campaign will be
launched at Health and
Safety 07 and will consist
of raising awareness of
both the dangers involved
in the meat processing
sector and the importance
of ensuring the right level
of protective equipment is
always supplied."
Visitors to the Marigold
Industrial stand will also
have the opportunity to
win a corporate day out to
at a top Premier League
match at Bolton's Reebok
Stadium in a prize draw. More articles from Marigold Industrial Ltd: |
