Environmentally conscious packaging
August 1st 2007 Norprint has launched a
new range of label products
and services for
environmentally conscious
packaging operations.
The Eco-Green Label
Range includes recycled,
lightweight and compostable
labels in a choice of materials
and adhesives for primary
and secondary packaging.
No labels are added to the
Eco-Green range until
Norprint has investigated,
and if necessary tested, the
claims made by material
suppliers. The company also
uses its own laboratory
facilities to ensure products
match up to performance
requirements of different
industry sectors, including
food and produce packers,
and are fully compatible with
the main label printers and
print/apply equipment used
in different industry sectors.
The range is being
launched nationwide at a
series of roadshows where
companies will be given
information on relevant
environmental standards and
