Stabilisation system is top of the lock n' pops October 1st 2007 A water-based pallet
stabilisation system, LOCK n'
POP from Limpet Tapes can
reduce the amount of
carbon dioxide generated by
over 99% as well as reducing
the amount of oil required
by over 95%. Savings on
energy use in application are
also significant. Applied in
liquid form, the system locks
packaging surfaces together
preventing lateral
movement. However, with
an upward lift the surfaces
pop apart leaving no sticky
residue or damage to either
surface. It also allows partial
pallet de-stacking without
affecting the stability of the
remaining load.
Unitising without using
wraps, straps or hot melt
adhesives, LOCK n' POP can
increase pallet stability while
reducing packaging waste.
FDA approved, it is
suitable for use on sacks,
bags, boxes or multipacks
and does not affect the
recycling characteristics of
the packaging. More articles from Limpet Tapes Limited: |
