Step on to a cushy number

Heronair open grid matting from Plastic Extruders features a specially designed cushioned construction to provide a flexible, slip resistant and anti-fatigue floor covering.

Formed with flexible PVC hollow ribs welded to cross directional underbars, its deeply etched surface provides high slip resistance and provides cushioning for enhanced comfort underfoot and reduced standing fatigue. In addition, the hollow tubes help to increase insulation, which is of particular benefit on cold floors.

With both anti-fatigue and draining properties, Heronair is also suited to use in working areas that are subject to occasional or light spillages.

Hardwearing and nonporous, liquids simply drain through the open grid.

Highly flexible, the matting can be loose-laid, cut easily to any shape and contoured over rough or uneven surfaces. It can be manufactured in rolls up to 1.22 x 14m, giving a coverage area in excess of 17m2. It is also available from stock in 10m rolls in widths of 50, 75 and 100cm.
