Inflatable bags stop transit damageDecember 1st 2004
Designed to prevent palletised and unpalletised goods shifting and becoming damaged during transit, the new Cyklop Powerbag is a dunnage bag that is simply inflated to fill void and stop lateral load movement.
Available in a range of sizes, the Powerbag is a co-extruded plastic sack equipped with an inflation valve. Pallets or boxes are simply loaded and stacked in the normal way with the Powerbags positioned between the product stacks or between the product and container wall. The bag is then inflated to the required pressure via a simple-to use inflation kit.
At the end of the journey, the bags can be deflated and reused, or simply cut with a knife if fast turnaround is required.
