Tamper evident security labelling December 1st 2005 Following ten years of research and development by experts at Aquasol, Stanelco has announced the launch of Pulsline - an intelligent, tamper evident, anti-counterfeit label.
Said to be the first labelling system of its kind to use a patented multi-layer laminate construction, Pulsline offers security and protection across a wide range of industries.
When applied to form a seal, the label provides evidence of tampering, which can be detected both visually and electronically, increasing the safety and integrity of secured product.
Using a security thread derived from the bank note industry, Pulsline will help identify products as the genuine article. For further security enhancement, Pulsline can be designed to incorporate bio-codes, DNA, RFID tags and holograms.
Additionally, the thread can also be micro-printed with a company name or logo, which can be revealed by removing a special pull tab.
Designed to carry advanced anticounterfeiting features, the label can be continually updated, providing a convenient way to protect and validate assets. More articles from Stanelco Plc: |
