When book wholesaler Bertram Books streamlined its picking and packing line recently, Easypack's Cassette was selected to fill top voids in new standardsize cartons.

With 1200+ orders dispatched per day and rising, the newly installed conveyor sortation system is starting to show significant efficiencies in labour and time.

Easypack's design team adapted over-conveyor frames for the five Cassette systems to allow packers quick and easy access to airpillow packaging in a contained area.

Packaging materials buyer Mark Sullivan commented: "We like the Cassette as it's easy to use, straight into the box void fill. And we can control the amount of air fill making it ideal for packing larger voids and awkward spaces."
