Space saving packing stations

Forever Living Products has chosen Easypack paper based cushion packaging to provide void fill and protection for shipping its health and beauty products.

Easypack has supplied three space efficient double packing stations. Paper cushions are dispensed through the work table and the quantity is controlled either by foot switches or by means of a programmable keypad which automatically selects just the right amount of material depending on the box size.

We find the system easy to use and our customers much prefer paper packing material which is environmentally friendly and easily disposed of. Another advantage of the paper system is that it is not necessary to fill the whole space inside the box and we get better protection using less material, says warehouse manager Darrel OMalley.
