 Yo-yo solution saves space

Corrugated packaging manufacturer, The boxshop, has benefited from a Mosca strapping solution that maximises production space without compromising on strapping quality.
The boxshop required a high performance pallet press but, due to limited space, could not install it as part of a continuous line.
Therefore, Mosca devised a 'yo-yo' solution to take the pallet off the line and return it when strapped.
The solution comprises a KCR 121 pallet press with a scissor lift. The machine features two sealing heads and is capable of exceeding the speeds required by The Boxshop. The system can achieve up to 120 double strapped pallets per hour under compression in a standard lay out.
The Boxshop is also reported to be impressed by Mosca Direct's service and support.
