ThermoCover says its Pallet Cover provides superior temperature control for shipments of palletised temperature sensitive products. By reflecting infrared and ultraviolet heat radiation it gives products high protection against extreme heat and cold, according to the company.

Pallet Covers control heat transfer by radiation and convection and provide a vapour barrier that controls humidity. This environmental stability extends the shelf-life and improves the presentation of perishable products.

Because products stay at the desired temperature, they can be shipped further or stored longer with extended shelf life and optimum product appearance.

The re-usable covers are light, flexible and easy to use, according to ThermoCover. In combination with refrigerant pads, they can maintain temperatures under hot external conditions.
