solution and a supplier's for
a stable pallet, Loadhog
says its Pally is setting new
standards for efficient
movement and product
handling in everyday
business across the UK and
Europe.
The Pally is a robust
plastic pallet – handleable
with any form of materials
handling equipment. It's
'rackable, stackable and
compatible' with high speed
automated production lines.
A foot press on a pedal at
either end of the 800 x
600mm unit, transforms the
Pally into a fully
mobile, wheeled
dolly – allowing
instant mobility on
demand – with a
rating of up to 500kg.
One more foot press
lifts the load and
turns the Pally back
into a pallet, lifting
the wheels clear of
the floor and
transferring all the
weight onto the
pallet bearers –
creating a stable,
secure unit for stacking,
picking or for transit.
The company says
combining the Pally with the
Loadhog self-securing pallet
lid eliminates additional
securing material costs,
equipment, space and
labour time. It also cuts
waste associated with
banding or wrapping. The
fully secure, stable unit can
be mobile in under 15
seconds.
The Pally is an alternative
to cages, pallets or pallet
boxes: It is up to 60%
lighter, and increases trailer
fill by 30% when full and
