Warehouse quadrupled to meet demand
August 1st 2007 Plastic pallet supplier,
goplasticpallets.com, is moving
HQ. The change will quadruple
warehousing space and
include purpose-built offices.
"Demand for our products
is increasing all the time,"
says managing director, Jim
Hardisty.
"This year's launch of a
new range of highly durable
pallets for use in closed loops
and a range of lightweight
products for one-trip or
export has already triggered
interest from a lot of new
customers. Our new site will
enable us to satisfy demand
without compromising levels
of service."
Goplasticpallet's customer
service means enquiries via
the internet or phone are
responded to within 60
minutes, usually with a full
quotation. Most orders are
then fulfilled within 24
hours. "Service is crucial,"
continues Hardisty, "Our
customers expect us to have
a wide range of stock and
need rapid delivery."
However, the move will not
mean a major upheaval for
staff. The new site is opposite
their existing location. "It's a
short move but it will make a
