Airless strapping machines

Machines and straps from Mosca have enabled newspaper group, Pressehaus Stuttgart, to strap papers as quickly and effectively as it can print them at its recently modernised publishing facility.

The installation comprises six RO-TAI strapping machines (with another six to be installed next year), along with one Integra-I machine that incorporates film wrapping as well as cross strapping.

The machines use Moscas airless, all-electric technology, which eliminates the need for costly compressed air and related maintenance. The units also feature sophisticated strap guidance technology, automatically adjusting strap tension for bundles.
