Automatic pallet strap dispenser

Available in the UK through Cyklop, the ErgoPack 600 plastic strap dispenser automatically applies polypropylene or polyester strap around palletised goods using a specially designed strap guide system.

The German built unit needs only one operator and eliminates the need to bend down when trying to thread a strap through the pallet void. Once through the void, the ErgoPack 600 directs the strap up the far side of the load and into the operators hand. Then, using Cyklops CB130 friction weld battery strapping tool, the strap can be tensioned, sealed and cut in one operation.

The unit is mounted on wheels for fast, safe positioning where the load to be strapped is. It is suitable for use with most European pallets.
