Flexible strapping for wide items
February 1st 2004 A bespoke solution that enables furniture manufacturer, Alstons, to strap its full range of products represents Mosca Directs widest ever strapping machine.
As the furniture is produced to order, the flat-packs that require strapping vary in size. Therefore Alstons needed a cross-strapper with the flexibility to handle swift changeovers, both length and width ways.
To fulfil these needs, Mosca produced a bespoke version of its ROTRC automatic strapper, which accommodates items with widths up to 2.6m. The system incorporates brushless motor, direct drive technology. More articles from Mosca Direct Ltd: |
