Robopac wrapper upgrade

Aetna is now offering a comprehensive range of upgrades to its existing Robopac automatic pallet stretch wrapper customers.

Aetna managing director, Mark Tucker, says the new products are a result of market demand. “In a recent survey we asked our customers to identify the changing trends and developments in handling and distribution within their particular sector. Armed wit this information we worked with Robopac in Italy to satisfy these needs, and the result is a new rage of automatic pallet stretch wrapper upgrades.” The survey identified a need to stop loads shifting off pallets. With the upgrade, automatic corner posts applicators can be fitted and roping the film around the base of the pallet secures the load.

The upgrade also fits a new style film cut, grip and tail welding unit, which improves finish and stops unwrapping.
