February 1st 2008 M.J. Maillis has introduced
a new semi-automatic pallet
wrapper that has been
specifically designed to
accelerate the wrapping
cycle and significantly
reduce film usage.
The PR202 features a
robust design, user-friendly
digital control and power
pre-stretch film carriage.
This is said to optimise film
usage, assist load
containment and while
factory set at 200%, can
deliver film savings of up to
250%. One metre of film
before pre-stretch equates
to 3.5m of film on the
pallet.
The PR202 accepts
maximum pallet load
dimensions of 11200mm
(L) x 1000mm (W) x
2100mm (H). The
maximum load on the
turntable is 2000kgs.
Designed to provide
optimum performance
when used with M.J.Maillis
UK's MP stretch film, a
naturally clinging product
available in a wide range of
thicknesses and dimensions,
the PR202 model is
available with optional film
cut-off and forklift base for
easy maneouvrability.
