Maillis has introduced a new Mancon high performance stretch wrapper.

Offering considerable speed of operation, the Mancon 1710 has the ability to complete the wrapping cycle without any contact with the product. It offers the space saving benefit of wrapping in-line without need for product rotation and can apply stretch wrap of varying tensions depending on the nature of the products.

Capable of wrapping up to 120 pallets an hour and using 500mm stretch film roll size, the Mancon 1710 uses infrared technology for high speed, maintenancefree seaming and film cut off, without the need for wires or tapes.

Roll change is said to take less than one minute with the easy to use manual system, which features a tilting roll holder and pivoting gate.
