Alex jones joins linde's uk team

Linde Material Handling (UK), a world leading forklift truck and warehouse equipment manufacturer, has appointed Alex Jones as product marketing manager.

Joining Linde's UK head office team in Basingstoke from Nissan Motor GB in Maple Cross, Jones has over 15 years marketing experience across a variety of industry sectors including automotive, airlines and chemicals.

Commenting on his appointment, Phil Pearson, UK head of marketing at Linde says: "In his new role at Linde, Alex will be responsible for developing and implementing product strategies to grow Linde's UK market leadership position in new forklift truck sales.

"Alex joins Linde at a very exciting time where we have several new product innovations and technologies coming on stream. His considerable marketing expertise will greatly assist us in continuing to expand and grow our UK material handling operation." Jones adds: "I'm delighted to be joining the UK's number one manufacturer of forklift trucks and material handling equipment.

Working as part of a strong marketing team, I intend to use my automotive product management knowledge and expertise to develop bespoke material handling products, services and solutions that will continue to differentiate Linde from the competition and grow UK market share."
