Mosca strengthens service offering October 1st 2011 Strapping specialist Mosca Direct
has enhanced its service function to
deliver a faster response and more
tailored after-sales support to its
customers.
As part of the process, the
company has appointed dedicated
service managers for the North and
South, supported by six further field
engineers.
A particular feature of the
new service offering is Mosca's
'Service Spares Pack' approach,
where a full pack of all possible
parts that might be needed
during a service visit is sent
ahead of the appointment to
ensure the engineer can deal
immediately with any issues
with a machine. Customers
also have the option to purchase
unused parts for later 'wear and tear'
replacement, while those not needed
are collected and returned to Mosca.
The company has also expanded
its choice of service contracts and
established a fast-response out-ofhours
