Caljan bolsters service to beat crunch February 1st 2009 With the appointment of
Dave Greenwood as Service
Manager, Caljan Rite-Hite
will strengthen its
focus on
delivering
planned,
preventative
maintenance
thereby avoiding
reactive
maintenance
which is disruptive
and not cost
effective.
"I am convinced
that service will
become an area of increased
focus as the recession forces
many of our customers to
continue to operate old and
worn out equipment," says
MD, Mark Baugh. "Working
within the systems and
sortation industry during his
long career, Dave
Greenwood has acquired an
in-depth understanding of
the level of service that
customers require. We have
taken a proactive approach
and introduced a range of
new support products and
grown our machine stock to
help customers through this
period of uncertainty. I am
sure that Dave's experience
will be invaluable to both
ourselves and our
customers."
Greenwood himself is in
no doubt: " A larger number
of Warehouse Managers will
look to Caljan Rite-Hite to
maintain their safety
equipment knowing that,
once this is serviced and
approved in compliance
with regulations, they can
be sure they have done
their utmost to protect the
wellbeing of their staff." More articles from Caljan Rite-Hite Limited: |
