Composite deal for Meachers
August 1st 2011

Meachers Global Logistics has wrapped up a substantial long-term deal with Isle of Wight based composite manufacturer, Gurit UK.

Gurit UK selected the Southampton based logistics firm to handle its UK warehousing requirement for raw materials and finished goods.

Meachers will provide a streamlined fulfilment solution at its secure warehousing facilities in Southampton.

With in excess of 300,000ft2 of storage,Meachers'modern 24/7 operations provide racked and unracked space, comprehensive warehousing systems and advanced stock control that can be linked to clients.

Commercial director at Meachers, Gary Whittle, said: "Our complete warehousing solutions approach helps customers like Gurit UK to meet the most complex and challenging storage issues through individually designed solutions."
