June 1st 2008 Mike Bunn, has been
appointed as MD of
loading bay specialists
sara. He has been
associated with the
loading bay and materials
handling industry since
the early 1970s when he
joined a scissor lift
company as a sales
engineer. Having spent
time in the field as a sales
engineer, a field sales
manager and finally a
divisional manager with
Otis, he joined Dyna Seal
as MD.
He reveals his plans for
sara. "We will provide a
work environment where
our employees can grow
and meet their potential
in an atmosphere of
excellence. We will strive
to be the industry
benchmark as regards
service to the customer in
every aspect, and we will
take pride in maintaining
a level of integrity in all
our interactions with our
business partners and
associates."
Bunn has been an
'Industry specialist' for
wheelchair stair lifts for
British Standards, and has
been part of a technical
group for International
Standards Organisation
(ISO) for Lifts for the
disabled. He is an
executive committee
member for the industry's
trade association ALEM
and is a keen (some say
