Three become one April 1st 2008 After extensive expansion of
British Turntable's
commercial and industrial
divisions, the company has
brought together these
areas of the business into a
single operating division and
re-branded it as BTI.
A corporate identity,
reflecting modern
developments and
technology, has been
created, as has a range of
literature.
The re-branding
demonstrates the company's
capabilities in solving
movement and positioning
problems and combines,
under one corporate
umbrella, BTI's core expertise
in precision handling
equipment and industrial and
commercial turntables with
Hovair air film technology.
This includes air bearings, air
skates, air transporters and
associated handling devices,
and Jung heavy duty
machinery skates, lifting
jacks and purpose built
handling equipment.
Integrating these areas
will allow BTI to provide,
from a single source, a
multi-faceted approach to
customers' requirements, be
it moving a printing press
into position; presenting
components ergonomically
to an operator feeding a
production line; moving
marine engines through
various stages of assembly;
to positioning precisely a
military vehicle undergoing
radar cross section
examination. More articles from Movetech UK: |
