Amber to GRAMAC given green light December 1st 2007 Amber Industries Group has
changed the name of its
specialist belt bend division,
and also launched the new
Mark 2 Series that fully
complies with the latest BAA
standards and footprint
specifications.
Now to be known as
GRAMAC Quartz, the
company will continue to
manufacture and supply the
original Gramac Mark 1
Series used in airport
baggage handling systems
throughout the world and in
various industry sectors.
"We consulted very closely
with our industry colleagues
before starting to re-engineer
the GRAMAC powered belt
bends," says Nick Redfearn,
GRAMAC Quartz's md.
"The GRAMAC Mark 2
Series was designed to
support easy integration into
systems and with a larger
radius to meet the BAA
footprint in their airport
baggage handling systems."
