Auto ID solution added to Scanstore portfolio
June 1st 2009 Worldwide Solutions has
signed a partnership
agreement with Psion
Teklogix that will see Psion's
latest mobile computer,
NEO, added to the
portfolio of Auto ID
solutions offered by a
new company and
website being
launched by
Worldwide in called
Worldwide Scanstore.
Steve Larder, who has
recently joined
Worldwide Scanstore
as general manager,
says this new
operation will be
focused on channel
development and will
operate alongside Worldwide
Solutions, which will
continue to have
an end user focus
on integrated
wireless LAN, VoIP
and Mobility
solutions.
"Scanstore is all
about the
distribution of auto
ID scanning ,
mobility and printing
products," says Steve.
"As part of this
evolution we are
partnering with Psion
Teklogix to promote NEO to
our channel." The Scanstore
website will have an
integrated partner portal
specific to each channel
partner. They will be able to
sign into their own areas to
access stock and pricing
information personalised to
them.
"We have that established
portfolio of channel partners
and think that NEO improves
their proposition. Therefore,
we can all grow our business
by adding NEO to our
