All about the SAP status June 1st 2008 Toshiba TEC has
announced that its Print
System for XML B002 has
been certified as
achieving SAP NetWeaver
status. This confirms that
the print system
successfully integrates
with Toshiba TEC's B-SX4
and B-SX5 industrial
printers, allowing users to
optimise their data
communications
capabilities in Auto ID
environments.
The SAP NetWeaver
platform enables
customers to align IT with
their business
requirements. By
combining composition
technologies and
functionality it reduces IT
complexity and increases
flexibility, allowing users
to deliver applications and
content quickly and cost
effectively.
In addition, TOSHIBA
TEC has included universal
XML support for its SX-4
and SX-5 industrial
printers. This tool allows
the SX-4 and SX-5 printers
to be configured to run
directly from warehouse
management systems
provided by companies
that offer enterprise
resource planning
solutions, such as SAP AG.
"We are delighted to
have achieved
certification for SAP
NetWeaver status for Print
System for XML," says
Mike Keane, manager,
Auto ID Division of
TOSHIBA TEC Europe. More articles from Toshiba TEC Europe Retail Information Systems: |
