Compact multi-purpose label printer
October 1st 2010 A new, compact label and wristband
printer, the CG4, designed for
general purpose barcode label
applications, has been launched in
the UK by SATO.
The latest addition to the
company's CG series, it is said to
offer top-end performance at an
affordable price. Suitable for ondemand
low to mid-range volumes,
it can be used to print labels up to
four inches wide, wristbands, tags or
receipts across a range of
industries from manufacturing,
transport and retailing,
to food packaging and
healthcare.
It is also a useful addition to
any general office and has been
designed to be easy to operate and
maintain by staff at all skill levels,
even if they have never used this type
of equipment before.
In addition to printing 4 inch
(105mm) labels, the CG4 comes in a
choice of 203 or 305 dpi and thermal
