Cost effective alternative
June 1st 2006 Printronix has expanded its line-matrix printing platform to include a high-definition printing solution. Created as a cost-effective alternative to Windows-based laser printing applications, the new P7000HD series is optimised for graphics printing applications requiring high levels of reliability.
It is claimed to be the only line-matrix printer available that can operate seamlessly in a Windows environment and emulate all of the fine details required for TrueType fonts, fine print, logos and bar codes.
