New from Toshiba TEC is the RFID ready B-SX range of thermal printers.

Robust and flexible, integrated RFID capability ensures the B-SX range provides high levels of functionality and performance.

The range provides applications in the transport, logistics, manufacturing and retail sections with investment protection abilities, maintaining flexible options for virtually every RFID need in the labelling market.

The B-SX range does not have factory-fitted RFID read/write units.

‘Depending on the specific RFID component required for a customerspecific solution, Toshiba TEC provides the right package to streamline a customer’s operation and provide a rapid return on investment (ROI),’ says Mike Keane, European product manager.

An antenna is easily fitted and the RFID module of choice is plugged into the CPU, allowing the printer to read, write and verify RFID-labels.
