10 years of RFID solutions
August 1st 2007 For many RFID has only really
been feasible for real-life
applications over
the last four years
however DataScan Systems
installed its first RFID
system 10 years ago.
In this time DataScan has
installed a variety of systems
from improving safety in
Coke production, to tracking
items through various
production processes.
The systems installed over
the last 10 years have
covered the spectrum of RFID
technology including low
frequency (LF), high
frequency (HF) and ultra
high frequency (UHF)
systems.
DataScan says its expertise
and familiarity with RFID and
it's capabilities encourages
customers to look to it to
advise which frequency is
most suitable for their
