Cuts out the middleware

Toshiba TEC Corporation, retail and industrial automation solutions provider, has become a member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork.

The XML interface on the Toshiba TEC B-SX4 and 5 Series RFID-ready thermal printers now includes support for Oracle's XML interface, enabling out-ofthe- box connectivity to Oracle® Warehouse Management and Oracle Mobile Supply Chain Applications.

Mike Keane, IPD manager, Toshiba TEC Europe, says "Oracle Warehouse Management and Oracle Mobile Supply Chain Applications customers can now print requested labels on Toshiba TEC's industrial barcode label printers without the need for expensive middleware." With the free Print System for XML software tool, users are able to customise their printing output.
