Compact laser scanners

New from Datalogic is the DS2400A series of fixed position scanners. This series of scanners offers improved performance and additional features, including Datalogic proprietary ACB Advanced Code Builder software, which enables the reading of partially damaged barcodes.

The DS2400A series has been enhanced based on the previous models performance, incorporating some of the existing, well-proven characteristics such as long distance reading, high scanning speed and compact dimensions. In addition to the medium and long-range models previously available, the new DS2400A now includes short-range optics, suitable when space is limited, but an enhanced depth of field is required.

The motor can be turned on and off via software commands according to application needs, to increase product life.

All models can drive the new OM2000 oscillating mirror from Datalogic, and are equipped with a main interface that can be selected between RS232 or RS485.
