New laser coders offer quality at high speeds December 1st 2004 Weber Marking Systems has introduced a range of laser coders designed for high speed packaging applications such as food, beverages, pharmaceuticals and personal care.
The new coders produce quality text as small as 0.02 high as well as numerous barcode symbols and striking graphic images. The machines can print on to a wide range of materials including paper, cardboard, foils, coated metals, plastics, wood and glass.
All systems are simple to install and feature easy to use control panels and software. Hundreds of formats can be designed, stored and accessed at the touch of a button, and multiple units can be networked and operated from a single host.
The models have been designed to meet a variety of requirements, including static marking and very high-speed, in-motion applications. The SolarJet HD features a sealed, stainless steel construction that meets NEMA 4 and IP64 standards for wet and dirty environments. More articles from Weber Marking Systems Limited: |
