Fast, accurate and economical parts counting

Designed to provide a fast and accurate solution for high resolution counting of parts and components, Avery Weigh-Tronix’s new G235 is available in a choice of approved and non-approved models. It has a remote platform interface and RS232 output as standard.

The bench-top scale can be easily connected to any fourload cell platform up to 6t capacity, offering an economical solution for counting many parts on one system. This makes it particularly suitable for busy stores, goods receiving or despatch areas, as it provides the higher capacity required for counting larger, bulkier items without the equipment costs of a second weighing system.

Central to the scale’s design is proven Avery Weigh-Tronix load cell technology coupled with robust construction to provide high count accuracy with minimal maintenance demands.

The G235 is easy to operate with a user-friendly interface. A clearly visible display guides the operator through the count routine and the numeric keyboard aids faster data entry. A range of counting methods is provided to suit the application and product type, such as fast or dribble feed.

An accumulator function allows the operator to break a large quantity down into smaller, more manageable batches that can be totalled at the end of the routine. An audible alarm confirms when the required quantity has been reached.
