Easy weighing system installation

With Applied Weighings Clevermount Range of weighing assemblies weighing systems can now be installed in vessels, tanks and hoppers with minimum fuss and maximum accuracy.

Using Clevermount a vessel can be supported during commissioning with or without the load cell located within the assembly. It can also be inserted or removed without the need to jack the vessel. In addition, the assembly ensures that the vessels are securely mounted in position without the need for additional supports.

Importantly the assembly can be used in hygiene sensitive areas thanks to it simple design which minimises bug traps.

Designed to operate in both harsh and sterile environments, the load cell and assembly are manufactured from stainless steel to IP65 rating for maximum ingress protection.
