Kuehne + Nagel, is using the
Duty Management software
solution from RedPrairie
Corporation to support
business growth.
The solution delays
payment of all Customs
duties and VAT until the
latest possible time, usually
after the goods leave the
warehouse, enhancing
Kuehne + Nagel's ability to
run bonded warehouses.
Currently, Kuehne + Nagel
runs the solution for its fast
moving consumer goods and
drinks logistics divisions,
which are part of its Contract
Logistics business. The
offering has been extended
to include the technology
division, enabling electronics
suppliers and manufacturers
