Talkman can communicate with virtually any WMSOctober 1st 2004
The flexibility of Talkman, Vocollects voice directed distribution system, has been increased by ensuring its hardware can talk to virtually any WMS. New VoiceLink 1.1 middleware means linking voice to an established warehouse operation is even more straightforward, speeding up return on investment.
The talkman system enables warehouse operatives to communicate directly with the WMS by listening to and speaking simple voice commands. VoiceLink facilitates interaction between Talkman hardware and the WMS in applications where a direct link is not already available. This reduces implementation time and costs, making Talkman benefits available to a wider range of companies.
