Demand grows for stainless steel forksAugust 1st 2008
Invicta Forks & Attachments reports unprecedented demand for its stainless steel forks. Fire safety and hygiene are two areas of particular focus where health and safety are concerned and Invicta's stainless steel forks provide a solution to both.
These are standard forks, clad in stainless steel, making them suitable for applications where sparks could cause a risk of fire or explosion. Safe to steamclean, the forks can be used in food environments, where cleanliness is essential.
The cladding features protective pads in the heel and toe of the forks. These give an indication of wear as the forks come into contact with the floor, showing when either fork needs to be re-clad and ensuring that just the underside of the fork is treated, cheaper than re-cladding the entire fork.
