Double pallet handlers
October 1st 2006

B&B Attachments, UK supplier of forklift attachments, has provided roofing and cladding supplier Marley Eternit with nine Kaup T409 double pallet handlers.

The double pallet handlers help move product from the end of line, to the yard and then on to vehicles for onward distribution.

Permanently fitted to the trucks, they are useful for the heavy-duty movement of roof tiles and are suitable for transporting pallets simultaneously. The forks of the Multi Pallet Handlers can be moved together or spread apart ensuring a centre pick up of the load.

The Kaup T409 comes with sideshift and two hydraulic functions, is capable of handling 1 or 2 pallets side-by-side or 2 or 4 pallets two in a row and side-by-side. Available in several options to handle pallets ranging from 2500kg up to 4600kg, the T409 provides maximised visibility through to the fork tips.
