February 1st 2007 At IMHX 2007 leading battery solutions supplier, Powercell will be showing the new Fiamm Premium ES high frequency charger. This charger combines a high power factor with efficiency to reduce energy consumption and gas release from the battery. The cost effective and compact charger, which can be wall mounted, competes with 50 Hz products. A battery to complement the charger will also be on display. "It's the people behind the product that makes the difference," says Derek Anderson, Powercell's MD. "We pride ourselves on being a service company that provides a product. Any company can sell you something but it's the service provided afterwards that makes the difference." This theme will be evident on Powercell's stand where visitors can discuss their requirements with recent company recruit David Callis, previously with Enersys, as well as their usual helpful sales team.
