Industrial Battery
Engineers is the exclusive
supplier of batteries and
chargers for Doosan's new
24V AC powered
battery counterbalance
forklift
truck range. With
the launch of this
new 1 to 1.6t
family, which is the
latest addition to
its Pro-5 range,
Doosan is
responding to
changes in the market
where smaller battery
models have become more
prevalent.
Commenting Darren
White, UK general sales
manager at Doosan, says:

the Powercell brand, which
is a respected name in the

an important part of this

support play an important
role in ensuring the truck's
reliability and optimum
performance throughout the
truck's life. Furthermore,
given that the battery
constitutes approximately a
third of the price of a forklift
truck, Powercell's ability to
stick to its price plays an
important role in the overall
price competitiveness of a
