Battery Changing Contracts For a fixed monthly fee a fully-managed service is provided, covering all aspects of battery maintenance including: - Battery changing on demand - Batteries monitored while on charge - Daily topping – in line with the battery manufacturer's guidelines - Inspection and replacement of all battery sets including terminals, leads and plugs - Routine daily cleaning and maintenance of battery sets, chargers and rollerbeds - Battery waste management and disposal - Management reports provided detailing recommendations for promoting battery life

Battery Topping Contracts Norco provides battery topping contracts for any customer with any size fleet of batteries. For a fixed monthly fee Norco engineers: - Regularly visit site to top and clean batteries - Carry out battery and charger inspections and routine maintenance on all assets - Provide management reports providing information such as misuse of assets - Provide all relevant health and safety literature

Scheduled Maintenance Plan For a fixed monthly fee, Norco can provide engineers to attend site for regular maintenance.

This service includes: - Regular, scheduled site visits to perform a health check on batteries - Minor repairs dealt with while the engineer is on site - Additional topping completed, if necessary - Management reports provided detailing issues such as misuse of assets

Priority Response Norco has a team of engineers located throughout the UK allowing us to provide a priority response service for all battery problems. We can dispatch engineers promptly, ensuring reduced truck down time due to battery issues. Common priority response calls are: - Inspect faulty battery/charger and report - Replace battery parts (cells, plugs, etc) - Cleaning, topping and maintenance.
