Total fleet management package fits all forklifts

Lamerholm can now provide a full package for total fleet management.

Comprising rugged Glacier vehicle mounted computers (VMC) and the newly-launched FleetControl Manager, the new system – which fits any make of forklift – allows managers to utilise the computers' processing, touch screen and wireless communications capabilities to monitor the forklift fleet.

The Glacier range of ruggedised, industrial computers are built to withstand the harsh, factory environment.

Using standard PC architecture, multiple standard I/O and industry standard wired and wireless connectivity, the computers can easily be fitted into existing networks.

FleetControl Manager has an intuitive user interface that enables equipment operators to use their VMC display screens to log in, access menus and communicate with managers. The system continuously monitors and reports real-time data regarding equipment safety, utilisation, productivity, and maintenance.
