Crown stacker banks on stability August 1st 2010 Crown's recently launched WI 2300
Series has a number of features that
make it safer and more productive in
the warehouse.
Warehousing is characterised by
high goods throughput and heavy
time pressure, so it is essential that
machinery should be stable. The WI
2300 has a broad stability quadrangle
and – thanks to the stacker's lowprofile
construction – a low centre of
gravity, so it is said to be extremely
safe in use.
The robust construction,
comprising interlocking I-beam rails
with angled mast rollers, reduces
mast deflection and prevents loads
from swaying. The stackers also
feature unhampered line of sight
through the mast. More articles from Crown Lift Trucks Ltd: |
