Sharing the knowledge
For the first time at IMHX, Toyota will be holding a series of
workshops in the Toyota seminar theatre located on the stand.
These master classes are designed to share Toyota's knowledge
and expertise and provide attendees with practical guidance on
how they can reduce costs in their business.
The first workshop will focus on the Toyota Production
System and will demonstrate how elements of this renowned
business model can be applied to any business. The afternoon
workshops: 'Managing your assets' and 'Driving down costs' will
show how effective fleet management and damage management
can help companies to actively reduce unnecessary cost in their
business. Accidents and damage can have a huge impact within
an organisation as well as being an unnecessary cost. Damage can
relate to goods, infrastructure and truck downtime.
Tony Wallis, operations director says: "IMHX provides an
opportunity for us to show our comprehensive product range,
from the simplest hand pallet truck to class leading forklifts. In
addition to viewing models on our main stand, visitors will be
able to see how we can improve their operations and drive down
costs through our hands-on
workshops." Stand 20F70
