Top-stacking damage reduced

A year after trying Palletcap for the first time, storage and distribution company, Frederick Miller is reported to have reduced damage caused by top-stacking on fragile stock by as much as 80%.

The highly visible cardboard cones come flatpacked, making them very easy to store and assemble.

"As well as using the product in our own warehousing operation we also provide Palletcap to our customers so that their goods can be protected from the word go," said operations manager, Derek Collings.

"They have responded very favourably - they recognise it's a good idea and that, in turn, reflects well on us."

With the Palletcaps, customer satisfaction has increased, leading to higher retention levels.
