Fuel cell forklift for zero CO2
February 1st 2007

Toyota Industrial Equipment will be demonstrating its commitment to the environment at this year's IMHX on stand 18N100 The Toyota stand will feature the company's groundbreaking fuel cell hybrid forklift prototype, TOYOTA FCHV-F, the first to be developed by a forklift manufacturer.

The fuel cell forklift has been developed by Toyota Industries Corporation (TICO) in cooperation with Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC), the leading company in fuel cell vehicle development.

Fuel cell technology eliminates harmful environmental emissions.

Using hydrogen as its main power source, a fuel cell forklift produces electricity without combustion and generates zero CO2 emissions.
