Logistics Link North gets a new venue

Logistics Link North is now in its third year and taking place at a new venue, the Yorkshire Event Centre (YEC), Harrogate on Wednesday 20th and Thursday 21st September 2006. With over 100 market-leading suppliers, Logistics Link North is part of the successful Logistics Link series of exhibitions that offers logistics professionals an accessible, time-saving, one-stop-shop where they can assess the latest range of products, systems and services for the supply chain to keep their businesses ahead of the competition.

There are a number of new features at Logistics Link North including product demonstrations and seminars to help visitors discover what's new in logistics and find the right solutions.

Airtrax will be show its Sidewinder ATX-3000 electronically operated fourwheel drive forklift truck for the first time in the UK.

Translift will be demonstrating the Bendi B3 which can operate in 1.6m aisles. Psion Teklogix will be demonstrating its voice picking system that operates totally hands-free and eyesfree.

Inotec, Belgravium and RFID Solution Centre will be holding a seminar entitled 'RFID – Logistics Applications' that will aim at removing some of the mystery and misconceptions regarding the technology, while LXE will be holding a seminar on the essentials of voice technology.
