Impact Toyota has sealed a five-year full contract hire deal with Polypipe worth more than £3.7m.
The move makes the Toyota distributor Polypipe's sole supplier of all materials handling equipment at its 13 warehouse and production sites across the UK – from forklifts to rough terrain vehicles and VNA equipment to yard sweepers and master movers.
The agreement is an extension to the existing contract and underscores the 15 year partnership between the two businesses.
"Not only was the team able to arrange a unique proposal that matched our specifications, it saved us money. In the current climate where margins are under pressure, that was a definite bonus," says Norman Gray, group services manager at Polypipe
